I have been having no end of problems with good old FC...will NEVER use them again. First got told will get refund. Got refunded half then a week later they then re-transacted it back so effectivly used my credit card without my authorisation, I don't know how they can get away with it but they did. Have taken it up with my bank and am also putting in a complaint with consumer affairs. sad thing is, I use them a lot for work and worked out that they got $17,500 worth of business from me just last year alone and this is how they thank me. Buyers beware keep away from the Flight Centre!
