Yes agree Fiona, Tiara Food Court is excellent, ate there at least once every two days for a year, no problems. Great hairdresser there as well. De Luzern, I think I paid for main colour, cut and blonde streaks on top about $60, ask for Yoyo to cut and Jimmy for colour. Trained in jakarta and great on western hair. Tell them Anna from melbourne sent you and I am hanging out to have hair done until I get back!! It is about three shops outside from food court. I presume we are talking about Tiara at Central Parking near Ace?
