last visit in Oct we took quite a bit of cash,not something we would normally do but were given it to give for several reasons
To Robin Lim we gave some for Aceh as it is easier to take cash than goods.
To the orphanage we gave some,not a lot,and we took money for the school to buy new desks and chairs as this was what was most wanted.Agung has had these made and am waiting on photos.
We bought a bright red electric jug($4)for our early morning cuppa which we gave to our usual driver when we left and he was just delighted.
While i am happy in some instances to give money when asked for, on principle i don,t give.
