and take the kids out of school it is easier for my hubby to have leave in May and also the price of the holiday is so much cheaper. We make them keep a travel diary and present it to the class when they return. I think our kids kind of see Bali as a second home and they talk about our friends over there as if they are family and miss them when we get home. Our kids have grown up very multicultural and I think that is one of the best gifts we can give them.
