I have not used this service, but I think you can get them to arrange a bali simcard for you and have it all set up and ready to go before you get there. They will also babysit your sim card when you go home and keep it active for you (of course you pay for the topups etc). Have a look at the site and see what you think. I had trouble posting the site so I will email it to you.
