Hi, sorry meant I have to pay 500,000 per month to Immigrasi. I arranged visa with Bali Mode for the 12 month multiple entry (I have their card) but Eta my friend (and my Melbourne friends business partner)arranged the social cultural visa for first six months, he sponsored me. I had a friend attending school and the English teacher (my daughter is house sitting for her at the moment,) and the new principal who starts this year, she was previously the schools pyschologist based in jakarta (both aussies) I met professionally and socially. Casual work, um...well we cannot work without work permit (I did everything legally - well almost!) You can get one of these, but expensive and it would depend on what work you would be doing. I could not (morally) and would not take the job of a balinese myself , in any case you would ezrn about $40 per month! and i could not take that money when it is their only means of living, but if you taught and were employed from Australia, that is different,BUT if you just want to keep busy, there is so much to do voluntarily. I taught English in the boxing camp which was part of the complex I lived in in return for boxing lessons and many people want english lessons. I am not a teacher. Which state in Australia do you live and I will email you privately and send some photos of villa, you cant see much for jungle, Ill get son to help.Apparently my villa was expensive , no hot water, but I did not care or need it, it is suitable for family and if you have kids, there are local kids to play with outside. I would love to be doing it again.
