Probably, in reality, you booked with AP because it was the cheapest, and you probably stayed at Barong and Bounty because they had the best package in your price bracket.
At the end of the day, he provided employment and wages to many Indonesian people, and still does.
Do you really think he didn't suffer losses also?
If he was making big profits, he would have carried on running AP. No, the company was making a loss and had been for some time, but the staff still got paid right up to the end.
At least his wages were going to people living in Bali whereas other airlines staff come from all over the place.
It is sad that AP could not carry on but it is now time for us all to move on in our lives. I'm sure that you will continue to purchase services from his other companies if they have what you are looking for at the price you are after.
