and pretty much do as Paul below suggests. A non-soap alternative is a must and moisturise straight away after shower/bath. I've found a spray oil moisturiser works really well to lock in moisture such as Avon's SSS range. Massage oils sometimes make it flare up too, so perhaps watch out for what is used as the base ingrediant.
Have only used a steroidal cream if it gets really bad, otherwise Bepanthan cream does the trick (nappy rash cream). This was also given to my hubby when he got his tattoos done. Its available in Bali.
