my better half had a cover up tatoo done in Bali last year, he had a small rose and his ex's name and wanted it gone, as did I!!!.
He now has a foot long coloured dragon which looks great !
The guys use clean needles and sterile equipment and it cost $100 aus for the deal. That was more than we had to pay but was a great price for what we got. (would have been a $500 job here)
The shop is in Jl Padma, just past the Padma club in a group of shops set back from the road. They have a web site, "www.mrtatu.com" and are a nice group of guys. I believe the shop is owned by a guy from Perth.
