I have been trying for the last month or more to upgrade. TA told not available even though it is advertised in the Garuda brochures. Putu Les told me it was available so I kept hassling my TA. Today my TA finally got a price for me to upgrade, $550.00 return from Perth. As my package had a very cheap price I had to pay the difference in ticket price plus upgrade. It seems that Garuda now does not allow upgrades on all packages. I have always upgraded so was rather annoyed that I couldn't on this flight. Still love that champagen breakfast.
