we only ever take travellers cheques when we travel overseas we never take any cards at all we have been travelling overseas for years now and had no problems at all with t\cs We do use a copy of our passports no problems Also cash cheques at the hotel most of the time never ever had a problem getting them cashed in Bali At least if you loose them you get your money back loose your card then you can not get any cash use credit cards and there is a chance of fraud You can now purchase T\Cs from the post office free of charge when we return from holidays we do not cash the travellers cheques we have not used we save them and use them for our next holiday
