Can't give you stats but having returned last week I can tell you of a mate who contacted Dengue and Typhoid whilst on Lombok. When I left on 4 January he was still in hospital. The mossies obviously don't make distictions between locals and visitors. How he contracted both has everyone stumped, as you get Typhoid from polluted water, go figure.
