My thoughts on the promotion are that it seems to be rewarding those people who haven't and aren't intending to book holidays to Bali. In order to get a free flight you need someone to have paid for a flight, and then have that person give you the free ticket. Couples are not going to book one ticket on the chance that they may win the other ticket, by the time of the draw it is too late to book the second ticket.
So all the regulars and families will book the tickets that they need, and then if one of them is a winner then they get to give it to someone who wasn't intending to travel to Bali at that time. I think there would have been better ways to encourage people to book, either two for one deals, or drawing winners from people who have already booked and paid (refund their ticket price).
Having said the above, I do think there are some very good deals around at the moment anyway, and that is a pretty good encouragement on its own.
