If you want a good baby sitter while at Mandira you can ask for Rai who works in housekeeping and has 3 children of her own. She is married to Wayan Margi who is a bell boy also at Mandira. I have seen her in action and she is very good and I have also visited her house, met her family and can vouch for how well cared for her own kids are. I've known her for maybe 12 years. We used to stay there all the time and only moved on to seek cheaper pastures now we ar retired. It's a terrific hotel.
