don't understand what would be allowed, do you mean dengue fever? Has been rampant in all of Asia this summer, have been warnings about it on this forum numerous times.
Yes Balinese pay for treatment but isn't a lot. I guess if a tourist dies of dengue ( most unlikely) we will know about it before they do ;)
