I discovered a shoe store that stocks a huge range of both men's & ladies shoes in larger sizes. It's called " Mustadji shoes " & the store I went to was on Jalan legian no 486.It's on the right side of the street as you are walking away from Legian towards Seminyak. It's way past Melasti st but before you get to the Bintang supermarket.
The ladies names were Surma-mee & Ketut & they were very helpful.
They also have another store on Jalan Raya Bosangkasa no 10 at Seminyak & another one somewhere down in Tuban.( I'm going off an old post of mine since I can't find their business card)

I have also been able to get nice shoes in big sizes at Edward Forrer store - the one very close to Matahari in Kuta Square. The upstairs section has a lot of their specials heavily discounted.
From memory there is another Edward Forrer store on Jalan Legian.
I have found that if you are a true size 10 that Size 44 is what you need to get,Size 43 is just a tad too small. Best of luck with finding what you are after.
Oh - I just remembered another place for nice proper leather sandals in Jalan Singosari - a few doors up on the same side as the Nagasari hotel.I have also had copies made of my favourite Dianne Ferrari shoes at Nanda leather - down in Jalan Padma Utara ,near Bali Coconuts hotel, close to the Fairy shop, the cushion shop & Circle K & directly opposite Merry's Collection
