Did not end up having to phone Graham Turner just mentioned consumer affairs, A Current Affair etc and they went from "don't want to know, not our problem" to "We have reviewed your situation and it appears that you are entitled to a refund" As I said before the consultant I was dealing with gave me some very dodgy advice, which I took, and she was sacked so not sure if this had anything to do with it but it doesn't matter now anyway.
