No luck so far with refunds. I was told that if I was ticketed between the 14th and 24th Nov I would be eligible for refund. However......this is where it gets confusing! I paid for my ticket by Visa on the 4th nov, paid for my childrens tickets by cash on the 12th nov and paid for extra accomodation by Visa on the 21st. Now F Centre rang me on the 23rd Nov and said my tickets had just come in. As I was working all day said I would pick them up on 24th, we were due to leave on the 26th. As we all know AP collapsed on that day, I never received my tickets so unsure what date they were issued. They (Flight Centre) are telling me all were issued on the 12th of November when I paid kids tickets, but find it very hard to beleive they would be issued on the very day they were paid for. However as I never received them I have no proof. So, still banging my head against bick wall! Also, I have always used Garuda in the past but when I went to book the consultant recommended AP as she said she had heard Garuda were in trouble so took her advice and well you all know the rest, and of course it is her word against mine that she gave me this little piece of advice. I have also just found out that this particular consultant was sacked but do not know for what reason, I suspect she shared this bit of knowledge with a few others.
