was told by indonesian fiend, that you have to pay to see chappele ! as he as been taking tourists to visit her , he says big rip off ! as the prison staff making a fortune, and is not helping chappele, as they are on to a good thing , making money out of everyone that visits.
Poor girl my heart goes out to her, as much as we would have loved to have visited her the past few weeks we were there, no way would we pay the prison for a visit.
As long as this goes on i think she will be kept there.
that is my thoughts anyway. all very sad, think you better giving her sis or family , things for her if ou want to help her.
