Each ticket holder will be eligible to enter the draw, with separate SMS entry per ticket. There will be no fare refund - rather the winner may bring the additional passenger to accompany them on same flights on which they are travelling. If you have purchased two tickets, you will need to register them in the draw separately by SMS. Each winning ticket is eligible for one free ticket.
1. Winners will be advised by text message to contact their Travel Agency through whom they have purchased the ticket to make arrangements for their travelling companion.
2. Agent will contact Garuda Indonesia who will integrate the additional passenger into existing booking. At this time the client will be required to pay for Fuel Surcharges and Taxes to enable the ticket to be issued.
3. Prize ticket will be forwarded by Garuda Indonesia either to the Travel Agent or Airport of Departure depending on the time frame of travel.
