Wow I stayed there this year and it was nothing like the report in ferntree's post. The staff were tripping over themselves for me and my partner.
Anything we wanted to do on Lembongan was arranged immediately. We didn't pay nor ask but were upraded to a beach front hut. The grounds were immaculate, bags were carried. We asked if we could go to Jungut Batu by boat and the manager personally took us himself.
I'd stay there anytime.
