They used to have them in WA too, but they've gone upmarket and call themselves universities now. The old WACAE ("Wacky" for those who wanted to poke fun at it), changed to become Edith Cowan University, and now the jokers refer to it as "Enid Blyton" Uni. A name change doesn't always win more respect!
Having said that, I did a Bahasa Indonesia course at Edith Cowan in 1999 and it was excellent. Cheap, too, only $20 for a semester's tuition, classes once a week. I don't think they offer the course any more, but it's worth checking for those who live in WA.
