If I were you I would take the boat run by Perama Tours which leaves Sanur harbour ( not benoa ) at 10.30am (approx) every morning and returns from Lembongen every morning at 8.30am. I have just checked out their website and the printed price is 140,000 RP for a return ticket with a possible 10%discount as its a return journey.
The trip takes about 90 minutes each way. A slightly cheaper option is using the public boat but its less safe.This also goes from Sanur.
