PP Hotel is our preference as well. Its not on the beach but is a 5 minute walk down the road. There is heaps around to do. The staff are awesome with the kids. They have a shuttle service that will take you between the suites and the hotel. It also takes you to Hardy's and the section of beach that they have with lounges etc...
We are on the count down til our return. We love it.
