We stayed at Villa Rumah Manis in July and we really enjoyed it. Some folks describe it as "tired" but I had no problems in that sense. The rooms are nice and the plunge pools and outside showers are fun. The breakfast buffet by the pool is very good and the pool itself is nice with a swim-up bar. I felt that the security was very good, a shuttle bus is provided and the staff are wonderful, friendly and trustworthy. The only drawback we found was the narrow laneway outside that leads up to the main road- it carries much traffic and you have to be a tad cautious, particularly at night.
We are booked to return there in a few weeks, no hesitation.
