I have sent parcels back from the post office in Kuta and Denpasar with no problems. You can choose to send it by sea or air - air is a lot more expensive, but much quicker. I sent a small parcel with a watch in it (for a birthday present) back to the UK by air and it arrived in a week. A larger parcel went by sea and took about 2 months. I can't remember the exact price, but I know that to send things by sea wasn't really very expensive per kilo. If you only sending something small, even sending it by air won't break the bank.
