Any card will work if it is affiliated with Plus, Cirrus or Maestro networks. These are the most common International cashcard networks. There are others - Star and about 20 more. Most cards operate on several of them. The network Visa uses is Plus.
Ask your bank if your card is affiliated. Most major bank cards worldwide are. My Australian credit union card is!
