I had taken from my trolley, while retrieving the rest of my luggage for the xray machine and in front of all the security, my passport cover with 200,000rp and my birth certificate in it. And nobody saw a thing! Now while the money is neither here nor there, I was very worried about my birth certificate being used for identity fraud and there was nobody there who could help me not did there appear to be any sort of procedure for dealing with something like this. I was a bit spooked that this could happen while I was being processed and the only people around me were security and other authorised people.

I agree that there are a lot of uniforms and a lot of officialdom but there doesnt seem to be much expertise or internationally recognised process
