By verb voice I mean active or passive verbs. You are right about saying that me- prefix is often dropped. In both of your translations the object of the verb is at the front, therefore the verb is passive. The verb is unprefixed and it must follow the agent because it is a 2nd or 3rd person pronoun.

Moga-moga paket-pos dari saya sudah anda terima.=Hopefully the package by post from me has already been received by you.
Hadiahku padamu sudah diterimamu,bukan? My present to you has already been received by you,no? Email me privately if you think this would be better. best wishes. Thomas
