sydney, even prior to tragic events of October 2002 you can not enter Ngurah Rai airport without your luggage being scanned yet you can enter sydney airport and wander around with suitcases filled with who knows what until check in, maybe there are flaws in Bali but I have always felt comfortable knowing nobody can enter without being scanned??? would love to know what they think is a problem!!!
