Just got bac from Bali on Tuesday night and it was very safe not like anything people were saying it was like and the press, well what can you say there were no cops with machine guns walking down the streets even went to cento shopping on xmas afternoon and it was crowded but peaseful and safe. Balinese still beautiful and happy to have us visit and made me feel very welcome.
I went to visit with a lady I have met there and had a wonderfull few days will be happy to go back in Feb for longer holiday.
Cheers and if your worried about going don't be but hey its got to be your choice and you need to feel good.
