you want to know where to get the ingredients in Bali to bring back with you or buy them at home ?
If you or anyone else is interested I know of some shops in Adelaide where I am sure you would be able to find what you are after.So far I have not had any problems getting what I need for any Indonesian or Balinese recipes at these shops.
With some of the recent things I made I didn't even know what the ingredients were that I needed ! So I just took in the written recipe & the staff took me around the shop & got everything off the shelves for me.
BTW- Thanks to everyone including our FA for all the great recipes before Christmas.The Gado gado & other salads all turned out great.
