BGH - family rooms

Seasons greetings to all. We are leaving 8/1 for a week in Sukawati then 2 weeks at BGH.
From the info I read about the family rooms at BGH, I thought they were all on the ground floor, with a courtyard, which is fine. I just realised that they are on the other levels too. Does anyone know if the other levels have a balcony on the family rooms?
