Where to stay for honeymoon in Bali?

Hi, I am planning a trip to Bali for my honeymoon towards the last week of Feb / first week of March 2006. I need suggestions for places to stay. I am looking at a beach side place, from where I can take day trips to places of interest around South and East Bali.
I am also planning to spend a few days at one of the Gilis. Which one, and hotel, would regulars recommend?
