If you have already been to Lembongan a couple of times then you should also try Nusa Penida, at least for a day trip from Lembongan. I too like Lembongan but Penida is in a completely different league if you want to see an untouristy island.
Penida is a lot bigger but has very little tourist infrastructure, there are a few rooms near the bay at Toya Pakeh but I'm not aware of any other accommodation.
The Toya Pakeh bay is the best snorkelling of any of the islands, great for kids as it's shallow yet packed with coral and myriads of small colourful fish.
Great beaches at Crystal Bay, and a few other places, cliffs, caves, you name it.
Give it a shot if you have a spare day while on Lembongan.
