As I seem to spend a lot of time cleaning hair of an incredible amount of very hard to remove nits from children in the outer mountain villages would welcome any help and advice you could give.
I usually only treat hair of children that require medical treatment of some sort or another, but find those needing regular hospital treatment given 3 weeks back in their village when I get them back for further treatment they have thousands of eggs and I must start all over again.
Not too many tourists get to visit mountain villages as is very difficult to get up there and time consuming.
