There is a little glass shop, retail, but I am sure the guy there is the artist, at Istana Kuta Galleria on Jl Patih Jelantik (down from Bali Bakery towards Legian Street. they had all sorts of pieces there,mostly small, but I walked past it everyday for 12 months. I could try and find the name for you by contacting Istana Kuta Galleria
