Your remembered prices are accurate on Internet cafes and supermarkets. I was reporting the Nusa Dua prices...much higher. The taxi fares, though, are higher than I remember from a year and half ago...even when just the metered rate when grabbing a Bluebird on the street in Tuban or Kuta.
Merry Christmas. The Laguna just put out the Christmas trees and decorations yesterday and today...and Christmas music at breakfast for the first time so far.
I also noticed a couple Australian families at breakfast today, as well as what appeared to be - from the accent - that rarest of tourists, an American. Maybe things are picking up for the holiday.
Going to read a book at one of the thached "bale" resting platforms by the pool.
