Nirwana BALI Golf club is at Tanah Lot not Lovina. HANDARA Kosaido would be the closest Golf course to Lovina, but still a considerable distance. Then the Bali golf and country club is at Nusa Dua. Three decent courses in bali - all mentioned above - the other is at Sanur, a nine hole course attached to one of the hotels.

Quite expensive for golf in bali.
