I keep a bottle of this dressing in the fridge and it makes it simple to make
I make it at the last minute or it goes limp - I shread the cabbage and keep it in a air tight container in the fridge then mix the rest in
CRUNCHY CHINESE SALAD
½ Chinese cabbage
I pkt pine nuts or combination nuts
Shallots chopped just a few (optional)
1 pkt crunchy noodles
Dressing
½ cup olive oil
½ cup caster sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Shake all dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture just before serving
Hint make sure the dressing & cabbage are cold . I make the dressing well in advance
