I think I know which group you are talking about. The lady that started this is a member of Carry for Kids. I have her name and contact details if you want to email me (remove the no spam). Basically she was going to all the orphanages and taking the children that were really sick and covered in sores and housing them temporarily in another orphanage and treating there illnesses and then when they were better they would return to their original orphanage. It started when she found a very ill little boy in the corner of an orphanage and decided that he would need to be removed and treated or he may not survive. And it continued from there. She does alot of work for orphans in Bali.
