Same problem.
Insurance no good.
AFTA no good.
ANZ Visa full refund of air fare. Yipeee.
Contact your visa card distributor if you paid by visa.
Our hotel segment refunded by the travel agent as it had not been paid. Airport taxes etc not refunded.
ANZ stated it could take up to 180 days to investigate our claim. In the end it was 14 days and our money was back in our account.
