We've been here for 2 weeks, staying in Legian area. I visit Bali Cyber cafe late at night and have no issue walking back and forth late at night.
People are as upbeat as they can be, considering. Big parade yesterday due to full moon and recent VERY heavy rains.
Tell everyone to come back, it's lovely but with even more security for our safety.
