Hi, Look we are going for 14 days over the xmas/ny period, staying in Kuta, I rang our travel agent and she said 100% loss if cancelling, if we changed hotels, say somewhere in Sanur there would be a $300.. per person loss for accom and then you have to pay for the other hotel. So as there is 17 of us going we are going on those dates and staying where we are.
