The shops are listed in English next to the corresponding number of the shop & the numbers are on the map at the top.
Yes the street names are in Japanese but see my previous post explaining the names on that map.
If you want further exact details of the location & area around Kuta Square then use the maps I listed in the other post & cross reference to pinpoint the location/get your bearings?
Your original question was what street is Matahari in?
It's in Kuta Square which is bordered by the streets mentioned.
One entrance is right in the Square next to McDonalds & the other is in Jln Ciungwanara
