Hi Andrew,
We used this company for our holiday in September, and I can highly recommend them.The main contact is Adrian, who speaks fluent English. All my emails were answered very quickly, and his prices, as you say were unbeatable.
We met him when he came to our villa for payment - he's lived in Bali for 20 years, and is trying to build up the business. He has a good contact with the Tamu Group, who also spoke highly of him when we checked out.
We stayed at the Villa Angkasa in the Jimbaran Hills, and it was honestly better than the website, and we still can't believe how cheap it was. Go for it!
P.S. We also used Asiarooms for our transit hotel in Bangkok ( we came from London) and they were fine too, although we had to pay upfront. Balihotelsholiday took a CC as security, and we paid cash when we arrived.
