I call it common sense to take precautions based on an intelligent overview of the possibilities.
Eg. Commonsense to use contraception
Commonsense to look both ways before crossing a road
Commonsense to hold a toddlers hand beside water
Commonsense to holiday elsewhere if there are a history of bombings, threat of more bombings, govt. warnings...
If you enjoy a safe holiday, no doubt you will return to the forum stating how safe Bali is. Needless to say, there are no bombing victims on the forum giving their opinions.
