Dont know for sure but if your tickets have been issued it could be to late.A lot depends on who you are flying with and if you are able to change destinations.I was supposed to fly out on the 16th Oct but was just in the cut-off to recieve a full refund(Garuda which has still not come through yet!!).However my travel agent said that if we had been booked to fly two days later we would have had to defer our holiday to a later date or lose the whole lot.Have however booked to go in March 14 days 2 adults 2 children.
Probably doesnt help but you will simply have to make a decision based on your experiance or the government warning - remember this has been there since the first bomb only updated when the peak holiday season is upon us.(just my opinion).
