last Oct since we were due to fly out 2 days following bombs. (A very tough decision since we looovve Bali to bits).
Under those circumstances, we were fortunate to receive full refund from Garuda and hotel, though Travel Agent would have kept a certain percentage (can't remember now the amt) if we did not rebook a holiday with them within the next 6mths. Since we changed our holiday plans to Penang and flew out a few days later, we were fortunate not to have lost out financially.
I suggest you phone your Travel Agent, voicing your concerns (we're all human!) and query where you stand in the event you decide to cancel.
