I only announced my plans to return to Bali in a few weeks to my folks on the weekend. I was met with raised eyebrows and rolling eyes. I said "Hey I'm not worried so you shouldn't be either"- that wasn't well received.
Now this! I've said before that I would only cancel if my folks were gonna be traumatised while I was away or if I wasn't going to be relaxed enough to enjoy my trip. Now that situation has arisen and my partner has raised the possibility of considering an alternate destination.
I love Bali so this totally sux. I hope that nothing occurs of course but if it doesn't we are all left wondering when and where it will happen...is it just around the corner?
